Fill out our online form for a FREE 30-minute virtual consultation with an owner of Kinship BHS. We will contact you via email to schedule your free consultation. Consultations are completed either via a video meeting or a phone call.
During the free consultation, if you or a loved one are a good fit for services, we'll send you the paperwork (Consent to Treatment) to get started prior to scheduling your personalized intake session.
Complete the online Consent to Treatment paperwork. We will reach out to you to schedule your next appointment within 24 hours of receiving completed paperwork. At times, the free 30-minute consultation is all that is required to start services.
During the 75-minute initial assessment, we will complete a functional assessment that includes an interview and questionnaire with the client and their family, review of client records, direct observation, time building rapport and questions about your goals and values.
After the assessment we will discuss the type of behavior therapy that best fits your needs and schedule services (length and frequency of services, payments, online or in-person, etc.) and answer any questions you may have.
Services will commence either via virtual meetings or in-home. At times, it will be recommended to do both.
Sessions are $125 - $225 based on intensity, length of session, diagnoses, and location of services.
We want you to get the help you deserve through person-centered, evidence-based care.

By not accepting insurance, not having an office space, and our rates for therapy allows us to have a smaller caseload to best focus our attention on the client and their care. We are not bogged down with insurance paperwork, phone calls and emails to insurance panels which allows us to spend 100% of our time on therapeutic care and support.
Good Faith Estimate
In compliance with the NO Surprises ACT (1/1/2022) healthcare providers are required to notify clients of their Federal rights and protection against “Surprise Billing.” We are required to provide prospective clients who do not have health insurance (or who are not using insurance) an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

Kinship BHS will provide referrals if our services are not appropriate or if another provider would be a better fit. We do our best to nurture healthy, effective, lasting change and if it means referring you to a more appropriate provider, that would be our pleasure.
